We work on one thing: long-term care. Checking whether cover exists, understanding what a policy actually requires, building the functional picture, and managing the process with the insurer or the National Insurance Institute.
That focus is deliberate. Long-term care claims turn on details that are easy to get wrong — the exact wording of a definition, the date a condition began, whether a description of daily function matches the medical file.
What we are not
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, we do not represent clients in court, and we do not handle general disability claims before National Insurance medical committees.
When a case raises a genuine legal question — prescription, an allegation of non-disclosure or a pre-existing condition, a dispute over how a policy clause should be read — we say so and point you to the right professional. We would rather lose the work than run a process that is not the right one for you.
How we talk about outcomes
No one can promise that a claim will be approved, how much will be paid, or how long it will take. Anyone who does is telling you something that is not true.
What we will tell you is what we see: whether there appears to be a basis, what is missing, what the realistic obstacles are, and whether you need us at all. Some families can file perfectly well on their own, and we say that when it is the case.
