What to have ready — and what not to send
You do not need to prepare a file before the first call. It helps if you know roughly what help is needed at home each day, and whether any insurance paperwork exists, but neither is required.
Please do not send medical documents, identity numbers or detailed medical information through the contact form. If we need documents later, we will arrange a secure way to transfer them.
- A rough description of the daily help needed
- The name of the health fund (kupat holim)
- Any insurance paperwork you happen to have
- Any letter already received from an insurer or National Insurance
This page is an English translation of our Hebrew content, written for English speakers living in Israel. Official Israeli terms appear with their Hebrew names so you can recognise them on forms. In any discrepancy, the Hebrew version and the official documents prevail.
